At Liminal Apothecary, each order is carefully handcrafted and packed with intention. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Liminal Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at liminalapothecaryco@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
