At Liminal Apothecary, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our herbal teas, skincare, body care, and wellness products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
